Three originals of the revised" Agreement of Exchange of Property" approved at the May 13,
2008 city council meeting are enclosed.
Please sign and have the documents notarized, then return the original documents to me. Once
I have received the documents, I will start the process for payment of the tracts we are
purchasing from you. The agreement will then be filed with Dallas County and a copy of the
filed document will be provided to you.
I appreciate your patience in working with the City of Coppell concerning the exchange of
property and the acquisition of the additional right-of-way and easements. If you should have
