Dear Mr. and Ms. Mendenhall:
This is a follow-up to our discussion concerning right-of-way needs along Bethel Road. As you
know we have been considering our options as they relate to acquisition of property owned by
you at 702 Armstrong. After weighing all the options the city has decided to redesign the
roadway in the vicinity of your property to eliminate the encroachment. We therefore will no
longer require dedication of right-of-way across your property.
