NOI for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity
SH 121 Toll Gantry Construction
Ladies and Gentlemen:
On behalf of Austin Bridge & Road, L.P., this letter is provided as a Notice of Change (NOC) to General
Permit number TXRI5JT95, in accordance with the Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System
(TPDES) General Permit TXR150000 Part II. Section D. 5. A Notice ofIntent (NO!) for Storm Water
Discharges Associated with Construction Activity for work on the SH 121 Segment I & 2 Toll Gantry
construction in Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties was provided to your office on January 29, 2008.
A separate contract has been awarded for construction of signing, pavement marking, and noise barriers
along SH 121. These actions will impact 3.68 acres of soil. This project is considered part of the larger
common plan of development for the expansion and tolling of this roadway segment per the defmitions
provided in TXR 150000. As such, we are notifying you that the total acreage disturbed will be 17.31 acres
(13.63 acres in submitted NO! plus 3.68 acres). The storm water pollution prevention plan has been
updated in accordance with this change, and the appropriate municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4)
operators will receive a copy of this NOC.
