RE: Utility Coordinators Meeting
Dear Mr. Braggs:
A meeting for utility coordinators will be held on June 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., in the Second Floor
Conference Room of Town Center located at 255 Parkway Boulevard, to discuss the status of
upcoming CIP projects.
We are asking you to begin relocations on ST 03-01, Bethel Road II (Penfolds to Denton Tap)
and S T 07-01, Southwestern Boulevard (C oppell Road to Denton Tap)
We will also discuss the status of ST 00-03, Coppell Road (Sandy Lake to Cooper Lane) which
is currently under construction. We plan to present some preliminary designs for ST 05-01,
Deforest Road and ST OS-02A, Freeport Parkway. We will also discuss a city initiated sidewalk
in-fill project on Denton Tap Road where there are some minor utility conflicts.
I am attaching the latest project status chart for your use. We look forward to the meeting.
