Hill Drive Drainage
A meeting to discuss the construction of the Hill Drive drainage
project was requested by several residents adjacent to the project.
This meeting was held at Mr. Steve Cobb's home located at 140
Mockingbird on Monday, June 25, 1990 at 7~30 P.M.
The items discussed were as follows~
Adjusting the construction sequence from one construction
phase to two phases - Change order. (see attached)
Rear entry parking at this time in phase two section.
3. General construction information i.e. - excavation,
placement of R.C.P., placement of concrete paving
section, and cure time.
4. Final clean-up of project after phase two is complete.
A request by the residents adjacent to Phase two requested three
day notification before construction comenced on Phase Two.
