DR9002-CS 900622COPPELLPI]BLICWORKS MEMORANDUM June 22, 1990 Steve Goram, Director of Public Works Larry Day'Construction Inspector Hill Drive Drainage Status Report Construction activity began on the Hill Drive Drainage Project Monday June 18, 1990. Construction progress began with the removal and replacement of the concrete paving section located in the intersection between Hill Drive and Mockingbird. A request was made to phase the RCP and inlet construction into two sections. The request was placed into a change order and approved by the City Manager June 22, 1990. As of June 22, 1990 the work area was limited to Phase i only. See attached. Monday, June 25, 1990, at 7~30 P.M. a meeting with the residence with property adjacent to Phase i and Phase 2 will be held at Mr. Steve Cobb's home, 140 Mockingbird, to discuss the two construction phases, and the property owner concerns regarding construction.
