Dear Mr. Hawkins:
1. Complete the sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap Rd. as the plans show. (construction plan
sheet # 9)
2. Provide and maintain interior erosion control.
3. Clean all roadways prior to final walk-thru.
4. Verify lot elevations and complete grading. (construction plan sheet # 9 - provide
verification letter)
5. Provide utility. paving and erosion control maintenance bond.
6. Wall verification on wall that exceeds 5' in height. (construction plan sheet # 9 - provide
verification letter)
7. Provide signed final plat.
8. Provide complete set of plans stamped as "record drawings" by the design engineer. Refer
to subdivision ordinance, page 36.

holding water.
