Observations/Remarks: Visited site as requested by Andy Munoc with Starling Richardson. Kelly
Robinson with Plyler Steel Fabrication was on site and hand delivered the approved field use DWG's.
The following was observed:
1) Ref RFI # 046 dated 2/12/08 at grid: .5, 8
The PL 5/8" x 0'-8" x 1 ;-7" flange side of MC and PL 3/8" 0'-88" x 0'-9" back of MC
80th above items are missing.

4) Ref. Plyler DWG: E21/4 incomplete welding, typo
