on the above referenced project in accordance with the scope of
services and the frequency of testing which you have outlined in

We believe our Budget Estimated Total is realistic for a maximum
of 15 densities and a maximum of 10 sets of 4 concrete compressive
test cylinders. The actual total cost may be decreased or
increased depending on the actual amount of work done and the
actual conditions encountered in the progress of the construction
as you direct. In any case, we will simply bill on a unit price
basis in accordance with the above stated unit prices.
