1. First FH - paint lid red and replace pad and extension on valve
2. Mark IRR in blue on curb for 2 irrigation meters on Dividend
3. ML V missing extension 10 to 12" on Dividend
4. Place dirt around meter can (2" from top of meter cans)
5. Mark IRR in blue on curb at meter
6. Mark DOM in blue on curb at meter
7. Need grass at school yard at dig
8. Vault lid needs handle on lid
9. Need paperwork on 12" DC turned in at Service Center for billing (SN & Mtr # with reading)
10. Clean inside vault; remove trash
11. Replace damaged FH, SE of building (tape inside ofFH)
12. Manhole on Dividend needs Chimney seal
13. Second MH from Dividend needs chimney seal and clean bottom ofMH
14. Third MH - repair top under ring
15. Fourth MH needs chimney seal and clean side wall
16. Fifth MH needs chimney seal and reseal inside
17. Sixth MH - need to clean out rock and dirt
18. Seventh MH needs rain pan and chimney seal
19. Eighth MH not ready for inspection
