Hill Street Drainage
I am responding to your request for a status report on the Hill
St. Drainage Project as outlined in your memo to Shohre, dated
April 27, 1990, and your communication with me concerning the award
of bid and start of construction of project.
Mr. Glen Hitt with DeShazo, Starek, and Tang Inc. was contacted by
myself on May 18, 1990, and requested to send six copies of the
Hill Street Drainage contracts and stamped sealed plans.
The contracts and plans were received on May 22, 1990 with
contracts transmitted to the Iow bidder for construction, SYB
Construction Company. Mr. Rick Bennett with SYB Construction is
now in the process of executing the contract documents and will
return the contracts to city staff for review. After review, the
contracts will be submitted to the Mayor for signature.
