Our field measurements indicate that the width and depth of the base of the walls, in relation to their height, is in compliance with our specifications. Provisions have been made for the release of hydrostatic pressure buildup behind the walls. Perpendicular PVC drain outlets have been installed along the bottom of the walls. The walls have been backfilled with crushed stone protected with filter fabric as specified on our construction details. In our opinion. the retaining walls will perform satisfactorily. Please do not hesitate to call us if we can be of further assistance. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
