Hill Drive Alley Drainage Improvements

As we discussed, Hill Drive will be bid with the Oak Trail project
and this status memorandum was to separate the two projects,
but Will be placed with the Oak Trail tickler. (3/2/90)
We have provided our review comments to the Consultant, he will
revise the construction drawing and prepare the contract documents
so that we can furnish them to prospective bidders by Friday,
February 16, 1990.
Our first ad will be published on Friday, February 9th and bids
will be taken at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 1990 and presented
to the City Council for award on March 13, 1990.
