Drainage Channel Issue
Hello'
I am the Property Manager for the 1405, 1421, 1441 & 1461 S. Beltline Road
business park. I had sent an e-mail a month ago regarding the drainage
channel that runs through our property. Keith Marvin used to be our contact;
however, I have been informed he is no longer there.
With the development of the new DUKE commercial site to the West and South of
our property erosion control had not been added to prevent soil erosion, thus
the ditch we spent over $15,000 cleaning out last year is approximately 50%
full of silt from their site. After checking the property again this morning
I noticed that they have placed rocks on the West side of where they are
developing to try to avoid this problem. We will continue to monitor this and
see if it is effective. My question now is who will be responsible for
cleaning this ditch again. I would really appreciate any assistance I could
get in this matter.
