Re: Problem to resolve
Marybeth,
Thank you for sending this our way. I have discussed this with Albert Samaniego, our construction inspector handling this
project. Albert assures me that our city contractor has not caused any damage to any utility lines belonging to the power
company on this project.
If Ms. Lovelace wishes to pursue a claim for this damage she may want to start with her electric provider.
I am copying Jerod Anderson on this email since he is our risk manager for the city.
Thanks,
Keith

Carol:
I received a complaint from a very nice lady, Barbara Lovelace, who lives at 549 Anderson. Apparently, she lives right in the line of
fire for the road work along Coppell Road.
Yesterday, she said she experienced a power surge that lasted just a few seconds but it completely knocked out her Verizon cable
service. She was on the phone with a Verizon tech. all afternoon, and they finally determined that her TV was most likely destroyed
as a result of that power surge.
If you're maintaining a list of damage claims for insurance or investigation purposes, could you please add this one to the list?
Barbara Lovelace, 972-462-9243.
Thank you.
