Dear Homeowner:
This notice is to inform you of a Drainage Study meeting to be held on
Thursday, June 22, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the
Council Chambers at Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard.
The study was authorized by the City Council, after reports of house,
garage and yard flooding along Hill Drive, between Cherrybark and Sandy
Lake Road.
Ail residents along the alley between Mockingbird and Hill Drive are urged
to attend and to provide your comments and information regarding drainage,
as well as any flooding around your house and yard.
Attached is a copy of the agenda for that meeting. The study is an
evaluation of current drainage conditions in the area, with the intent of
identifying options to relieve any flooding conditions.

information available to the Study Team.
