The City of Coppell has received complaints from residents regarding the lack of erosion
and noise control on the project referenced above. Both Ordinances were discussed in
depth in the Pre-Construction Conference held at the Town Center.
Please find the Ordinances of Erosion and Noise Control attached for your information.
This Notice of Non-Compliance must be addressed immediately. Individuals noted
