Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In accordance with our discussions with Mr. Russell Doyle, City
Engineer, we have prepared this proposal for preparing final
design and construction documents for drainage improvements for
the project. The final design, or Phase B, will be as directed by
the City following their review of the analysis and recommendations
presented in Phase B. Two copies of this proposal are enclosed.
We propose to include the following services:
A. Design Surveying.
B. Preparation of construction plans and specifications.
The cost of these services will be on a reimbursable basis and will
not exceed $6,500 without prior authorization. Construction
staking, estimated at $2,000, would be an Additional Service. A
summary of our estimated construction and consulting engineering
costs, dated February 13, 1989, is attached.
It is our understanding that the City will provide all Bidding and
Construction Administration services.
