1. Why is the sanitary sewer private? The minimum size should be 8" and in a 20'
easement.
2. Will the future buildings be sprinkled? Will fire hydrants be required? If so, an 8"
water line should be stubbed out.

015e '4. Roll over curbs with the 24' paving section will not work with parking.
5. Are we ok with the 28' inside radii on the fire lanes?
6. Show the existing storm sewer on the east side of the property.
7. The drainage will be evaluated further during the engineering plan review.
8. A portion of the proposed building on the east side is in the flood plain.
