2. Cut aroW1d vault for drainage - 3' high
3. Need papervv'ork done at Service Center on two vaults for billing
4. Change marking on curb - south side of building. ML V marked as FHV and FHV marked as
MLV.
5. Cut down FH south of building so wrench will clear at bottom.
6. Same FH - repair cap will not close
7. Repair plug on stub out south of building
8. Vault on Sandy Lake must be dry to inspect
9. Drainage aroW1d vault 3" Sandy Lake
10. Second MIl missing chimney seal and rain pan and seal pipe
11. Third MH chimney seal and rain pan and seal outside
12. Clean sewer line of trash
13. Fourth MH chimney seal and rain pan
14. Irrigation not to City specs from meter to DC
