Dear Sirs:
The following notice is provided to comply with the requirements of Section 53.057 of
the Texas Property Code and is being sent to you as the owner of a project located at 400 South
Freeport Parkway in Coppell Texas. If you are not the owner ofthe above - referenced project,
please notify the undersigned at your earliest convenience.
On or about June 12,2008, Alliance Glass and Mirror, Ltd. entered into a subcontract
agreement [or agreed to supply materials] with [The Fain Group, Inc.] to provide labor and
materials for a project [or building] located at [400 South Freeport Parkway in Coppell Texas].
This agreement is a retainage agreement as defined as Section 53.057, Texas Property Code. The
retainage is to be withheld as follows: Ten percent (10%). The total sum anticipated to be
retained under this agreement will be $2,9510.00 to be paid to Alliance Glass and Mirror, Ltd. at
the completion of the Project after Alliance Glass and Mirror, Ltd. has performed all of it

obligations hereunder and Owner has paid Contractor in full. In addition, retainage in the same
percentage will be withheld from any additional amount owed to Alliance Glass and Mirror, Ltd.
resulting from any change order.
This agreement referenced above required us to perform furnishing and installation of
aluminum storefront, glass and glazing.
