PAVEMENT
1. South Entrance: Seal all of the approach; chip redwood off curb & seal; seal
sidewalk ramp. All areas are marked with white paint.
2. Left turn lane northbound on Royal: Seal all joints and cuts and redwood at nose of
median; seal curbs. Areas area marked with white paint.
3. Sidewalks need to be sealed at every redwood.
4. North Entrance: Seal all approach; chip redwood off curbs & seal; seal around
ramps on sidewalks.
DRAINAGE
1. Replace locks on lids on stonn boxes south of north entrance & seal next to sidewalk.
TRAFFIC
1. Install Keep Right sign on soutb median nose facing north.
2. Extend double button in left turn lane 25' .
3. Install Right Turn Only sign in turn lane.
