Dear Mr. Main:
The City of Coppell Engineering Departmem has made a f'mal walk thru of the referenced
facilities. Listed below are items that should be addressed prior to final acceptance.
1. Repair tie-in at existing culvert and 6' x 4' box.
2. Pour inverts and dress up junction boxes.
3. Replace traffic buttons on Moore Road.
4. Replace shrubs at apartments and secure letter of approval from apartmem manager.
5. Submit "as built" plans.
