As a result of our discussion, we have taken or
following actions:
· DSST has obtained drainage plans for the adjacent
subdivision from Don Tipton Engineers.
· Based on the plan information and field observation, DS~T
will perform an expedient preliminary analysis of the existing
conditions.
· The preliminary analysis will be completed by Wednesday,
April 12, at which time we would suggest a meeting with city
staff members to discuss the existing problems and some
probable solutions.
· Subsequently, DS&T and city staff should meet with the
homeowners to record their observations and
recommendations.
· DS&T will produce a draft report for review prior to meeting
once again with your staff and the homeowners.
