Dear Mr. Witt:
In accordance to our previous conversations, the City of Coppell does hereby agree to
pay for city sidewalk in Coppell Right-of-Way pursuant to Winkelmann & Associates
plan attached hereto.
The sidewalk, ramps, pavers, slope and curb/paving demolition shall be built to City
specifications. The invoice total amount is $8,887.50. Attached is supporting
subcontractor billing.
