Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Andy:
The City of Coppell requests the following be provided before a final acceptance can be
issued for the referenced project.
1. Provide a paving maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract
value of material, labor and installation for a 2-year period beginning on the date of final
acceptance. Also, provide the calculated support for the amount of the bond.
