Texas 75093 RE: Stringfellow Addn/Lot 9 Block A (Vision Center) Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Heischman: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General Comments - 1. The asphalt paving on Holly Street will be overlaid. Any damage to Holly Street as a result of Lot 9 Block A construction will be the owner's responsibility. 2. Show Construction Entrance on Erosion Control Plan Title Page - 3. Include Stringfellow Addition in title. Plat - 4. Include the 20 foot drainage easement on the plat. Pavin~ & Grading Plan - 5. The compressive strength of the concrete pavement and subgrade should be 3600 psi, per NCTCOG standards. 6. If the sub grade will not be lime stabilized, a letter requesting a waiver must accompany a geotechnical report. Drainage Area Plan - 7. Show how water will drain from the property into the existing storm drain. Should an inlet be used to tie into existing storm drain? Utility Plan - 8. Will irrigation be necessary for vegetation? If so, the meter will need to be shown on the utility plan. 9. All inlets, including the existing 4' x 4' drop inlet, must be shown on the plan to be protected by some form of an erosion control device. Please make the requested changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for additional review.
