This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start on July 15, 1996 and expire on October
23, 1996. If you should begin work prior to July 15, 1996, then the expiration date of your
calendar days will be adjusted accordingly.
