RE: Moore Road Drainage Improvement Project DR 93-03
Dear Mr. Main:
At the June 11, 1996 City Council meeting, the City Council awarded the referenced project to
your firm. Enclosed with his letter are three copies of the contract signed by the Mayor. Please
sign the three copies, provide the required bonds and return two of the copies to the Engineering
Department. One of the copies is for your record. Once the contracts have been signed and
returned to our office, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled and a notice to proceed letter
will be issued. Also, included with this letter is a signed copy of the temporary construction
easemem to allow work within the existing lake.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you should have questions concerning
this project please feel free to contact Garreth or myself at 304-3679.
