Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In accordance with our discussions with Mr. Russell Doyle. P.E., we
have prepared this proposal for analyzing and recommending a
solution to a drainage problem in the above area, Two copies of
this proposal are enclosed:
We propose to provide the following services:
A. Obtain plans and analyze contributing drainage for compliance
to past and current Coppell drainage criteria,
B. Field inventory existing drainage areas and facilities,
C. Provide limited topographic survey to assist in defining existing
drainage areas and alley cross-sections.

Provide illustrations as required and a written response
detailing solutions with final estimates of cost to mitigate the
problem,
Attend meetings as requested by City officials, Meetings in
excess of 5 hours will be considered an extra,
We propose to provide the services on an hourly rate basis not to
exceed $5,800.00 without written permission in accordance with the
attached rate schedule. The report will be completed within three
weeks upon execution of this proposal.
Payment for authorized services will be due upon presentation of our
monthly statements for such services.
