Hargrave 12221 Merit Drive, Suite 1750 Dallas, TX 75251-2252 RE: Moore Road Drainage DR 93-03 Dear Mr. Hargrave: This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation concerning the existing lake a[ the southeast corner of the intersection of Moore Road and Parkway Blvd. As I stated in our previous conversation, the City is in the process of awarding a drainage project that will require the connection of a 48" RCP pipe into the existing headwall on the east side of Moore Road. I recently spoke with Cindy Harris, with Columbus Realty Trust. concerning this issue and she now realizes that the apartment complex does not own the lake but only maintains the lake. To complete this project, the City will need to construct either a coffer dam and/or drain the lake level down somewhat. To accomplish this. the City will need a temporao, construction easement in the lake area. With this letter I have provided our standard temporaD' construction easement form along with a copy of the construction plans showing the actual limits of work to be performed in this area. It is the City's intent to award this project at the June 11, 1996 CiLv Council meeting. Therefore any assistance the City can have in expediting the completion of this temporaD' construction easement would be greatly appreciated. Obviously. as stated in the temporary construction easement and as a part of our specifications for the project, the contractor will be responsible for returning the surface area to its preconstruction condition. Ms. Harris has provided me with the name of the on-site maintenance representative and the contractor will be required to coordinate his work with that representative.
