I apologize that this has taken longer than we originally planned - we ended up getting
some decent usage data to use as a reference for potential flows from the College. The
more we were looking into the proposed flows and options, we saw some significant
surcharge issues and wanted to make sure we had all of our bases covered with the options
we recommended. Please review the attached memorandum and let us know when you are ready
to meet to discuss the results.
