Dear Ms. Yahiel:
Due to the reconstruction of Bethel Road, it is necessary to cut and lower the 16" water
main in Freeport. This will disrupt your water service for approximately eight hours. We
regret any inconveniences to you and the operation of your business and will work with
you to lessen this problem. Our contractor will provide you with two portable restrooms
as well as a portable water tank and a trailer which will be re-filled as needed during this
shutdown. This water will be non-potable for use in general cleanup and to refill tank
type toilets in your facility. We appreciate your cooperation and will give you at least
three days notice, prior to shutdown. Tentative shutdown date is Saturday, July 28, 2007,
beginning at 7:00 a.ill.
