The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe:
1, The placement of 34 cubic yares of 3600 psi concrete for clIlvel1 floor frotn Sta. 00+78 to
Sla. 01 T' 14.
The lequired test iimits were d<.:cc.:nnined to be a slump of 3-5 inches, air content of 3-6 ufo, batch
10 placement time of 90 minutes. and conCrete temperature range of 55-95 degrees Fahrenl1ciL
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, slump, ,l!r content. and batch to placement lime.
Ihe Following samples 'vere obtained for compressive strength testing in our Iab0r~tory:
