Concrete Placement Observation:
The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe the placement of 8 cubic yards of
4000 psi concrete for reraining wall.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project
specifications with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement rime.
1 set of 4 cylinders (4000 psi) was cast for compressive strength testing in ECS' laboratory.
