Concrete Observation:
The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe the placement of 60 cubic yards
of 3600 psi concrete for box culvert foundation.
Prior to concrete placement, Reinforcing Steel was observed and appeared to be in
accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Required test limits were: slump, 4-6 inches; air content, 3-5%, batch to placement time,
<90 minutes; and concrete temperature range, 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project
specifications with regard to temperature, slump and batch to placement time, unless noted
otherwise. Air content was below the project specifications.
1 set of 6 cylinders was cast for compressive strength.
