The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe:
1. The placement of 60 cubic yards of 4000 psi concrete for box culvert top.
The required test limits were determined to be a slump of 3-5 inches, air content of 3-6%, batch
to placement time of <90 minutes, and concrete temperature range of <90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, air content, and time to placement.
Trent with IBC was informed of the excessive slump (8 inches)
The following samples were obtained for compressive strength testing in our laboratory:
SetA:
1 set of 6 lab cylinders (4000 psi) for box culvert top
