The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe:
1. The placement of 300 cubic yards of 3500 psi concrete for paving on Bethel Rd from Sta.
61 +30 to Sta. 64+40.
The required test limits were determined to be a slump of 2-5 inches, air content of 3-5 %, batch
to placement time of <90 minutes, and concrete temperature range of 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time.
The following samples were obtained for compressive strength testing in our laboratory:

1 set of 6 lab cylinders (3500 psi) for paving
SetB:
I set of 6 lab cylinders (3500 psi) for paving
