The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe:
1. The placement of 8 cubic yards of 4000 psi concrete for the CiCi's East driveway.
The required test limits were determined to be a slump of 3-5 inches, air content of 3-6 %, batch
to placement time of <90 minutes, and concrete temperature range of <90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time.
The following samples were obtained for compressive strength testing in our laboratory:
