The following breakdown explains how the total due from the developer was calculated: Total cost of Creekview to be paid by City and Developer = Developer responsibility (216,370.65/2) Developer credit for waterline construction Total due from developer $216,370.65 108,185.32 -18,214.00 $ 89,971.31. A savings of $3,984 was realized in the construction of stamped concrete for the drive approach versus the estimate. That amount was deducted from the cost presented by Tiseo that was to be shared equally by City and Developer, bringing the net amount to the $216,370.65 as presented above. The estimate sheet showing the item is enclosed for your information. Please send a check in the amount of $89,971.33 to my attention so that this part of the project can be successfully concluded.
