Erosion Control
Dear Mr. Caudill:
You must provide and maintain erosion control on the project referenced above as specified in
the approved plans for construction of the project, according to the City of Coppell, Erosion
Control Ordinance.
It has been requested on several occasions to implement erosion control measures specifically in
the area of the south side of Bethel Road, adjacent to Bethel Business Park where there is mud
over the road as of this date.
This must be addressed immediately and the proper erosion control placement occurs so that this
issue does not arise again.
