RE: Utility Coordinators Meeting
Dear Mr. Woolsey:
A meeting for utility coordinators will be held on September 18,2008 at 2:00 p.m., in the Second
Floor Conference Room of Town Center located at 255 Parkway Boulevard, to discuss the status
of upcoming CIP projects.
In the letter dated September 5, 2008 the City of Coppell requested that all utility conflicts be
cleared for the reconstruction of ST 03-01, Bethel Road II (Penfolds to Denton Tap) and ST 07-
01, Southwestern Boulevard (Coppell Road to Denton Tap). As of this date no relocations have
taken place on either of these projects. Construction of Southwestern Boulevard will begin as
soon as utilities are clear. Please be prepared to discuss the status of relocations on these two
projects at this meeting.
We will also discuss the status of the other City ofCoppell CIP projects. I will distribute a status
report and updated chart at the meeting.
