Dear Mr. Fabion:
Enclosed please find two sets of plans for the referenced drainage project. This project consists
of placing a drainage system along Moore Road from Sandy Lake Road north to the existing
concrete channel on the west side of Moore Road. The exact location of the drainage system
will be determined once the utility locations have been marked and submitted to the City.
Please review and mark-up these plans with your utility locations and resubmit one set of plans
back to the City with any comments as soon as possible. Please keep one copy for your records.
Also, please comment as to any precautions that should be taken to protect your utilities.
