Heischman 5225 Village Creek Drive PIano, Texas 75093 REVISED RE: Stringfellow Addition, Lot 9 Block A Fee Assessment Letter Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $6.329.40 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat. Please note that the Water and Sewer Impact Fees are due and payable at the issuance of a Building Permit. Also, please provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be verified. The construction inspection fees must be paid prior to scheduling a pre-construction meeting. These fees were assessed by taking the difference of the residential and medical office development fees. The irrigation and domestic fee difference was calculated by taking the difference of 3/4" irrigation and domestic meters with the 1" medical office meter. The roadway impact fee was calculated by taking the difference of the medical office and residential development purposes and square footage of the medical office. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working with you on this project.
