Set of City Review Comments
Keith, the following summary outlines how I addressed the City comments for the above referenced projects:
1. Road layout has been improved.
2. City comments and other additional notes have been added to the General Notes.
3. Demolition plans have been updated to show demolition up to the property line and more details have been
added.
4. Sidewalk was adjusted to match l' from property line and avoid conflicts with the existing power poles and
above ground utilities.
5. Full super-elevations have been calculated as needed.
6. Grading plan was modified and run-off into other properties was diminished.
7. Pipe sizes for the drainage system have been checked and redesigned properly. Capacities have been
designed for a 100-year storm event. Calculations have been updated accordingly.
8. Water design has been completed. Water services have been labeled and stubouts were added.
9. Sanitary sewer plans have been improved. The sanitary sewer manhole was added per City requirements.
10. Traffic control plans were completed. Contractor shall prepare a detailed traffic control plan per phase to
guarantee traffic flow in both directions at all times.
11. Paving striping and signage placement have been added.
12. Driveway sections have been updated.
