TX 75019 In Re: Bethel Road I 51 99-05 Drainage Easement 604 Loch Lane, Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Griffin: This letter evidences the agreement reached between the City of Coppell and my clients. Jim and Carolyn Skinner in regard to the .0527 drainage easement described on the Trans Systems Corporation survey dated May 2005, attached to this letter. We have reached an agreement for payment of $45.908.00 for the drainage easement described on the attached drawing and as further described by metes and bounds. My clients understand that the easement provisions will be dictated by the requirements of the Corps of Engineers and wiD be very restrictive in their nature. In addition, an agreement has been reached for the payment of $10,000.00 for damage to the remainder. My clients will retain the minerals. It is further our understanding that the contractor will negotiate with my clients direcly if it requires the use of property outside the easement.
