Second Notice
RE: Historic Coppell Properties
The re-inspection of the above - mentioned project was found to be in unsatisfactory condition
due to the asphalt failure around the manhole in front ofSwaldi's Building on Bethel Road. If
this deficiency is not corrected as soon as possible the maintenance bond will be used for these
repairs. The maintenance bond will expire on November 30,2008.
