Preliminary Punch List
Dear Mr. Heischman:
The following items do not meet the City of Coppell's standard details and must be corrected
immediately.
1. Finish pouring the left turn lane on Denton Tap.
2. Correctly fix the City irrigation in the median.
3. Finish 5' of stamped concrete on nose of median.
4. Finish the Verizon driveway.
Also, there is concern with subgrade on the left turn lane. Extra concrete may need to be
removed to fix it correctly.
