Storm Water Utility Program

A date has been set for the first Storm Water Utility meeting on Tuesday September 14,
1993 for 9:00 AM in the first floor conference room at City Hall. The purpose of this
meeting will be to determine the property characteristics for which the storm water utility
charge will be based upon i.e. lot size, runoff coefficient, land use. Attached is a copy of
House Bill 1567-Municipal Drainage Utility Systems & Subchapter C-Municipal Drainage
Utility System. Please review this material before you attend the meeting on Tuesday. If
