RE: Walk-thru Bethel Business Park Lot 1 Blk A
1. Paint domestic meter lids and curb stop lids blue.
2. Check paperwork test on DC for domestic.
3. Not to City specs on Irrigation from meter to DC.
4. Paperwork on DC for irrigation southeast of building.
5. Paint vault lids blue.
6. Block ring in vault under valves.
7. Clean inside vault and dry in bottom of vaults.
8. Test paperwork on 8" DC-check at office (?). From PCI 2 vaults & 2 dom.
9. Paperwork on DC number & meter number at Service Center for billing
purposes - 2 vaults & DC.
10. Cut around vaults for drainage.
11. Reset fire hydrant street marker buttons.
12. 2ud fire hyd. needs extension.
13. 3rd fire hyd. needs extension.
14. Fire line valye to buildings needs extension.
15. Mark on curb FL V to 2 buildings fire line (in red ,'alves).
16. 4th fire hyd. needs extension on valve.
17. Fill dirt around 4th fire hyd. base.
18. City fire hyd. west of building needs extension and paint valye lid red to fire hyd.
19. Need valve e,..1ension to vault west side of building.

20. 2nd irrigation meter no DC at this time to inspect. Needs to have DC inspected
after its set.
21. Sewer clean out grate inside cleanout lid around pipes - clean out.
22. Manhole missing chimney seal and rain pan and mark on curb MH in red.
23. Replace pad on sewer cleanout in dirt northeast of building.
24. Move City fue hyd. 3 ft from Creekview Rd per City specs on west side of
building.
Note: 3 valve stacks damaged by Tiseo on Creekview.
